There are many different courts in Ohio’s 88 counties, including Mayor’s Courts, Municipal Courts, and Common Pleas Courts. Each court handles driving under suspension charges in their own way. Therefore, it is important to have an attorney experienced working before these various Courts. While not all Courts have information available online, a fairly exhaustive list can be found here.
